We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. The old fella' had a 2hp grinder that looked like it could chew up a t-rex, and a huge upright sausage stuffer as well. He was mentioning that today might be his last batch of sausage so I asked him to give me a shout if he decided to pull the pin. If a guy can get the rest of that gear for a good price, I'd be set.
P.S. I smoked some maple bacon on the Egg today and my wife and I just tried it. As soon as we bit into it we both instinctively looked at each other with shocked expressions at how unbelievably tasty it was. Lol.
The first thing she said when she finished her bite was "I Can never eat store bought bacon again."
