We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

  • Re: Ribs smell bad??

I never cook anything that smells bad, worked in restaurants for years and dont take the chance.  Rather be safe than sorry.  Just my opinion

  • Re: Oh no....how to fix this?

I broke 2 when I did a retighten on all bolts.  Called a clinch pin, got 2 free from my BGE dealer, couldnt find them at menards.

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THEM.  There is a very small head on the bolt that breaks easily.

IMO, Only bolts that need to be retightened are the band bolts til they bend a bit
