It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

And yet we're still the least racist country in the history of the world......so full of hate.
You have anything to back up that assertion?
    Google   :|
Anything specific?  I googled 'least racist country in the world' and the first link:

    http://www.quora.com/Is-there-a-country-less-racist-than-the-United-States

Starts with the line "Canada is significantly less racist than the U.S."
The article you sited was written by a Canadian.   =)

Guess I could have said the US is ONE of the least racist nations.  You f*ckers sure do like to split hairs.  Geesh.

Well the least racist country in the history of the world is a pretty declarative statement for a country founded on the notion that a black man was worth 60% of a white one and it took nearly 200 years before black people could go to school with white people everywhere in the country.

I've used it on the large to drape briskets and keep them out of the heat before they start to shrink.  I always use them with butts, it seems like I always lose less bark to the rack than I ever did with the grate, and it is super easy to get the butt off the grill and into the house being able to carry it by the rack.

  • Re: I can't master the simplest of cooks!!! Hamburgers grilled direct! What am I doing wrong?

I stopped doing burgers on the egg, just not worth the hassle to me.  I use CI on the gasser's side burner ro preheat the CI and dear one side, then flip and onto the gasser indirect at 350-375 until an IT of 155-160.  I can also do this method on the stove if the weather isn't cooperating.

On the egg, I'd probably go with @hendersonTRKing's suggestion, indirect in CI. And I'd let the CI preheat for probably 30-35 minutes before cooking.

    lame
Ehh, maybe, but I don't have those green blinders on - there are things that I can turn out as good or better from the gasser or the kitchen. I can have the burgers done in 10-12 minutes, and be done with dinner by the time the egg would be to temp.

Dany is a more interesting character, but for my money Natalie Dormer (Margaery Tyrell) is the best looking actress they have:
