  • Re: Crispy chicken skin rules

Looks very good. Sri Racha is a great marinade ingredient, and looks like you nailed it.
  • Re: mini max vs komado joe jr

I've said it before....and now again: They are both excellent products...I have BGE AND KJ cookers. Buy what you like, you won't be disappointed in either. This bantering that one's intrinsically better than the other is BS. Seriously....go cook something and fuhgeddaboutit!

The outlet police might get you!? (I bet you remove the tags from your mattresses too!)

image Yes Bridgeport is very beautiful, but we couldn't find Wal-Mart!

None of you will regret your purchases. The Jr is a great product and a compelling value at MSRP even. My backyard is under construction and my BGE, KJ Jr and Big Joe are stored in the garage while the dirt and rock is flying....as soon as it's done my JR will find its new home I designed for it in my island, while my larger Kamados will be on wheels. I can't wait to use it again, although I'll be grilling beans for awhile after this project.
