I am so excited, picked up my SECOND Large Big Green Egg today for our other house. I am fired up, to say the least. Now I can cook wonderfully at both houses. Oh and by the way, I also bought a thermapen the other day and you are ALL RIGHT, it is exactly A MUST with the egg!
