We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Help! I just received a L BGE for Christmas and am doing first ever cook today. I have both pork Baby back ribs, 2 racks, and some beef short ribs. I have cooked many times on a regular pit but this it totally new. I am almost on overload from reading all the great info found here and other sites. Any suggestions??
