It’s almost football season, so we’re perfecting our favorite tailgating and homegating recipes!     Irish, Cen-Tex tells me you have experience with a Hog Roast. My church is planning one this weekend. I am hearing we want to cook it one hour per 10lbs of dressed out hog. Do you have experience? Does that sound right to you?
