Irish, Cen-Tex tells me you have experience with a Hog Roast. My church is planning one this weekend. I am hearing we want to cook it one hour per 10lbs of dressed out hog. Do you have experience? Does that sound right to you?

they were Baby Back and yes overcooked bone was almost all exposed and burnt on edged
