Wow! It's almost been a year since I bought our BGE. I don't feel like we've experienced it to its full potential, but boy have we had some great food. I think the most memorable thing that we've cooked on it was our Thanksgiving Turkey. I always buy a honeybaked ham and cook a Turkey and we usually have plenty of turkey for leftovers. Well, this year, there was NO turkey leftover and a lot of ham!!! Next year, I guess we'll either cook two turkeys or a turkey and a HAM.
