We got ours last spring at Cosco and on the way home we stopped by the liquor store to pick up some Tequila. The book that came with ours has a recipe for whole fruit margarita that is killer. Also it's good for smoothies too.
I have a silhouette cameo vinyl cutter. If anyone can give me a DXF (Autocad) file I can try printing it. I can probably generate the vector graphics from a trace of an image file, but it needs to be pristine.
Here is a wiring diagram for a Hobart 1612 thru 1712. The only difference is the electronic start switch where as yours has a centrifugal start switch. Looks like your capacitor is missing.
When I need to grill smaller pieces I use a disposable grill topper. I usually get mine at Wallyworld. They are made of expanded aluminum.
One of mine came out after I got my egg. My dealer got me a bolt kit I replaced it. No welding required. If your egg is less than 5 yrs old then the bands should be under warranty. Check with your dealer for new studs.

I ran out of OO about two months ago and have been using RO ever since. I went south a few miles today and picked up a bag of WGWW and Rockwood. I'm gonna give them a try and see if I have found a new favorite.
