just plain old butcher paper people..no difference from any other. He doesn't have a secret and his flavor combo is true texas que that lets the meat speak for itself. I had some this morning and it was delicious. The man is a wizard with brisket!

My wife lived in New Mexico for about ten years. She makes green chili which is the photo below and can be put on just about anything. I had a batch in the fridge and it is awesome on eggs. You can also make green chili stew which is very good.
Central texas guy here who loves craft beer and even brew some of my own. Would love to share pretty much have access to any local brew as I am close to Austin and actually went to school with the guys that own karbach in Houston.
