What is the setup for the egg, I can see the stone on the grid, is the PS below it or just raised? I have an adjustable rig from the ceramic grill store. No platesetter, just a stone on the top of he AR.

@smokeypitt - thanks, its works well for us. Normal recipe yields 2 13" pizzas depending on thickness.

Not sure the difference I did the same thing with the iPad as I did with desktop but the iPad pics seemed to work.

@Griffin - thanks decided to sign up since the other was closing. I always keep a couple of fryers in the freezer. Not good when the store runs out of chickens. Just started using those JD chips and really like them.

@RAC Thanks @JC ThanksYes it is cornstarch, didn't have time to leave it uncovered so I tried cornstarch. It worked pretty well.

@Dave Thanks, It's great, 2/3 cup chili powder, 1/2 cup white sugar, 4TBSP Kosher Salt, 4TBSP Onion Powder, 4 TBSP Garlic Powder and 1TSP Cayenne Pepper.
