We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling!   • Ummm still a newbie and haven't tried the brisket yet, but I have read on the forums where some people have been cooking brisket for 18-20 hours... what am I missing?  Are those bigger sizes? Thought brisket was cooked at 200-225 forever!!!

  • Here are some pictures... Answer me this... in the temp pictures. The dome temp is 375 degrees but grid temp is only showing 275.. the probe is over the platesetter, so I am not sure if that is the reason...
