Almost forgot the ribs, warmed up some ribs I cooked Sunday in the Sous Vide at 128* for a little over 2 hours. Came out as good as the day they were cooked.

I had a crack in the same area, from the vent across the bottom about half of the diameter. I used it probably 10 times from the time I noticed the crack until it got replaced, all 350* or below cooks. No problems.

It's called the "grill dome extender" They are on Amazon. Cooked for almost an hour at 350*, I might par boil next time and cook less. I do like a slight crunch though.
Scary stuff, this happened about a year ago on mine. I think I had spilled some oil(I had been deep frying in my wok). Noticed this a couple days later. I have since made more space all the way around.
