We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! You guys are awfully quiet over there. I keep thinking this thread will end with you all slopped all over the place using briskets and each other as pillows.

One word of warning in regards to granite outside- if it's in direct sunlight it will fade fairly quickly. Keep sealing and polishing and colors will come back but it's far from maintenance free. +1 on the leather finish
I had lunch at ippudo today- really mind blowing ramen. Not kidding- we should really consider how to adapt this to the egg. Not sure it would bring anything to the broth but could be interesting for the ingredients.
