Get yourself a vacuum sealer and just drop a bag in hot water. Keeps it from drying out, and is pretty much an essential if you do a lot of BBQ.

I stopped using it a while ago. I found too much stuff in it too often. It sparked a lot when burning. My favorite now is Frontier. It burns very well and i have been very satisfied with the performance.
