I love making soup and this is one of my favorites. I made up the recipe after visiting Olive Garden and looking at there's. I guess you could make it on the BGE if you want to. It is very good on a cold winter night.
Remember that you get what you pay for. If you buy a cheap grinder you will get something that doesn't live up to what you really wanted and you end up buying another one later. Get a good quality now and save yourself some money in the long run.

Have you looked for a dealer close to where you live? Not knowing where you are located makes it hard to suggest a place to buy what you are looking for. You should however be able to order all the stuff online.

I have made a few of those devils and I use Italian Sausage along with sauted mushrooms, onions, and green peppers with slices of pepperjack cheese. I don't like the crumbled bacon inside like it called for.

You may be making to big a move on the vents. Small adjustments should be made when controlling the low and slow cook. Once I get the meat on I watch it pretty close and make small adjustments in the Daisy Wheel at top until it is fully stabilized. …
