You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

  • Yea, it will kill you're pocketbook ( buying eggtoys etc. ) in one sense, but you will really save $$$ because you won't be going out for dinner to those fancy resturants as often.  at least with me and wife, thats the way it is now.  What you buy f…
  • I used to sort.  I had 3 pails and sorted small, med and large. That wore off very quickly.  Now I  dump in a pail (in the garage) and take to the egg, grab a few larger pieces, sit them on grate then dump the rest in.  Seems to work good for me.

  • If wife wants gas grill as it was said already, you better buy her one.  Keep it close to the egg so you can store all your accessories for the egg in it.
  • Is there smoke flavor in the shrimp?  If not, is there a reason to do this in the egg instead of a regular oven?  It looks so good, I bought a bag of frozen wild caught jumbo shrimp today. I look at it - My egg is an oven, grill and stove, and I…
