I like cutting the breast in 1 or 2 bite pieces and wrapping with bacon, banana pepper, and cream cheese. I season with lemon pepper and Tony Chachere's creole seasoning!!! Time consuming but we'll worth it!!!

I have an XL and a small. The mini was just too small in my opinion. I can still cook a boston but on the small, 4 or 5 big burgers, and some big steaks. I know its a matter of opinion but I am happy with my set up!!!
