@ henapple, 350-375 dome, flip when juices rise, usually put cheese on at 150ish and melt. They turn out great, just seems I leave on too long.
I just stumbled across Chris (owner of DP) on FB a few nights ago and chatted for about an hour or so. Seems like a nice guy. He asked for MY address and today a nice care package showed up. Not that I needed it, but a very nice gesture. Love DP.
