  • I wrote about burnt digits a while back. Glad you found some good ones. Moving a HOT PS will get get you sooner or later. I still can't see where a 20 buck pair is all one needs. My 2 cents.

  • Just pile them in. I did 3 almost 9#ers last year.  It takes about the same time as one once it gets going. Just make sure you fill with enough lump( into the second ring).
  • Sorry, but that just sounds nasty!
  • I use a airsoft (BB) 1911. I think it's a Crossman.
  • Carry open ,carry concealed. Just as long as you carry. At least I do in Flint and Saginaw,MI.

  • I tried some peach chips last weekend on some bb ribs.Didn' notice to much flavor. But the Smoke. I thought I had one of our roofing kettles from work with coal tar pitch going. Thought the FD was going to show.
  • Spence , mine had some cure in it. I think it was on for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. If this is wrong I'll correct.

  • Many years (20 plus) ago a friend of mine had a friend in MN who did fillets from rock solid frozen. Of course the steaks were very RARE. It was to their liking. Throw in a load of booze and well take it from there.
  • Could not resist but I'm green with envy. May have to get back to mine this weekend.

  • I just did those with some green pepper and onion brats. Oh they were good. Along with a Hell's Half Mile from Tri City Brewing.
  • Just remember , if the temp is going beyond 400* BURP, and burp it a second time. Or you'll be a member of the hairlees arm club. I'm a member once or twice.
  • Way to go Travis !Have you ever done a brisket turbo style? If so how?Butts and ribs both get turboed for now on.
  • Myself I would wander down(about 6 blocks) to Tri City Brewing in Bay City ,MI and have a Hell's Half Mile or a Loon's ale (special brew named for the local minor league team in Midland ,MI
  • Woodworking, target shooting (less as ammo is getting real scarce) . Boating soon as the flood water go away. Tiger baseball (more gray hair as Valverde is back).
  • I have to agree with you on all accounts.I have to say I did some of the moistest chicken breasts just an hour ago. I wish I had bought the egg years back. I'll never catch up.
  • Re: tightning the bolts. Did anyone ever put a torque wrench on those bolts for good reading? Or has BGE given those numbers?
  • I'm starting to use the words my wife of 25 years has used on me when she's wearing something different. "Oh ! I had this"I figured it a 2 way street by now.

  • To pipe in again, it wasn't an airflow problem. Due to the amount of rain we had at that time I do believe it just became over saturated with water/ moisture. It just needed time to dry out.Keep the egg covered in inclement weather.BillPS . Vieggra!…
  • That I did say the B-word. I had some leftover from being on vacation . I used them to get rid of. Anyway it did take a few buns to get all that moisture  driven out. I make it a point if any rain is in the forcast to cover the egg up. I'm also buil…
