What kind of temp r u trying to achieve? I do a half decent amount of cooking on my small without the daisy wheel. Just throttle down the lower vent opening according to where u want to be, it will take a bit of practice but you'll get it.
Hey LS what is your best guess time wise for a 3# prime rib roast. Want to pull it at 135 internal temp, but just trying to figure out a time line for grilling. Egg temp will be 275. Indirect.Is a couple hours about right?
