how do these vertical pepper racks work with a bacon wrapped pepper?
Most of them don't. If you want to wrap your pepper with bacon, assuming you have cut the whole stem end off, cleaned, stuffed and t…
Lots of good info above. Good Luck with your BBQ party. I am sure you will do fine, you have the concept, and you have a great bunch here to help you along on the 23rd if needed. Your guest are going to totally enjoy the meal. Have fun with it.
@DMW wow that is great. I did a 6# and I had to put more lump in after 7 hours. I was using RO for lump. It is the only thing around these parts. Your cook looked great. Tottaly cool to have both eggs chugging along beside each other.

@Skiddy. Morning! We are sure enjoying our summer so far, sounds like there is going to be a wing feast coming real soon to your place. Wings, cold beer, sunshine, with a little music to boot= great eats.
Happy Birthday to the 5 yr old. Those parties are so much fun. Lots of excitement. It is nice that you can help out with the eats too. When you get asked, then you are doing something right. Enjoy the day. 72* in GWN. Loving the weather too.
