It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

  • I have the exact questions, Dawg.
  • Hi - For what it's worth, I purchased a LED lighting "tape" that may work for your needs. I have mine plugged into a switched outlet, powered by an old 12v wall wart. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002QQ1YOM/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00 It won't be…
  • Really pumped about our first egg fest. Seems like I need to bring chairs, a rolling cooler, and an empty belly. Anything else? @Vidalia - where can I find info on the classes offered? Are they randomly held or on a schedule?
  • We're big fans of Bobby Flay's rub (posted above) on ribeyes and strips. I personally like it better than the Dizzy Pig, but that's just me.
  • I found mine at McMaster Carr. You'll pay a little more, but they're stainless and IMO look great. SS screws were included. SKU #11855a16
