I lost my Nomex gasket tonight during it's second use. The temperature wrapped all the way around the dial to 200 so it was quite hot. This happened on the first of 4 pizzas and I just pulled all the Nomex off and kept cooking. Not sure what I'm …
Thanks all y'all for the recommendations. Choosing one is difficult but I think I'm going to go with one from BGE as it's local. If it doesn't last, I'll choose differently next time.
