We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month!   • Ribs here.  When I told my better half I wanted ribs, like others, she says "But you'll have to cook."  OK, so where's the problem.  Pick up a growler fill, load up a pipe or grab a cigar, put the ribs on the Egg and I'm good for the afternoon!

  • Hey RPP, not a knock at all.  Have a feeling I simmered it a little too long and concentrated the salt.  Like you said, easy fix.  Been going to the V for years and that recipe is pretty close to theirs.
