We hope everyone’s enjoying the first few days of summer. For us, the weather heating up means one thing - the EGG’s gonna be busy! Whether you’re making stuffed burgers for a backyard grill out, some brats before a baseball game or searing a steak for dinner on the patio, we hope you’re doing it with full flavor and having fun all the while!
Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340
@johnmitchell Not sure what @Hap did, but @GATABITES & @gdenby flankened me straight on these.
@gmac not a butcher, but a Mennonite farmers market at some huge community center just outside of Stratford. Only open Saturday mornings in the sum…
@paqman still in the woods on these. Bought from a Mennonite butcher in Stratford Ontario. These ain't thin like Korean cuts I've seen. Sticking to the plan. Seared and smoking with pecan and apple chunks @250.
As noted above you'll probably get a new bottom. Taking the egg apart is easy. Make sure you fasten the spring band together with the two plastic thingies that lock it down or use those plastic ties thingies cops use instead of handcuffs.
