We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month!   • Rick!  I let is heat up for about 25 minutes!   1st 15 lid up, after some was gone, then lid down!   till the temp hit 425.    Only in Gloucester, MA Far from FL but not in Canada!

  • Using BGE lump and cleaned out the BGE, both top and bottom wide open not at 475. Thanks Maineegg and all of you that replied!
