2 lb pork tenderloin (2 small)
1/4 cup Kentucky Bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar - packed
3 cloves garlic - chopped fine
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh ginger -- minced or 1/4 t dry

Just a little bit of advice to make it easier. Poke the egg thermometer thru a piece of cardboard to hold the it in the boiling water. Make sure the probe does not touch the bottom of the pan also. The rest is easy. Remember it gets hot.
My first cook was a pork tenderloin. Came out great. Learn to cook to temperature not by time. Play with the vents to learn temperature control of the egg and keep a log so you know howbto get to certain temps quicker. Welcome. You are hooked
