  • I noticed high-que had a black friday deal for free shipping on everything including the heavy stainless cooking grid that no one gave me for my birthday. Looks like "santa" might be getting me just what I wanted this year. I'm guessing that saves a…
  • I have to agree about slamming it shut. After a beer or two and you become perhaps a little ham fisted and as your closing the grill a little hot grease drips off the pizza you were baking right onto your one good hand....That loud noise was the gri…

  • Lovin it, those look delicious. But were you able to share them with the hooters girls? They don't use a green egg at hooters. Imagine how much better their wings would be then. They'd be as awesome as the ones in these pictures. :P
  • Yes, well its a good idea in theory until you're wife tells you she wants a 50 day aged steak for dinner. Just not compatible with spontaneity. But then again, maybe its a good excuse for just disappearing from the house for the next 7 weeks before …
  • Well, it's not a great solution if you can't find pink gloves but you can always just use the color replace function on photoshop to easily turn whatever gloves you're wearing into pink ones!
  • It's not the the hasty bake cooks at 800 degrees, it's that you can raise the charcoal tray just an inches under the meat to sear it, and then lower it a foot or more. Do the inverse square on that one - its all about what heat the meat can "see". …
  • I asked this question to the girl at their toll free number and she said they are made out of real nomex, and the adhesive is a 3M one specifically for high-temp so they don't seem to be cutting any corners. i got one from their site (free shipping …
