I have the PSWoo2, bc I have no interest in using a wok. I wish I had went ahead an spent the money on the adjustable rig and grill extender. Not to say I don't like the woo, but the AR is just more flexible.
I have tried it and was not impressed. I started making my own using some recipes from http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php used King Arthur Bread Flour. It was delicious. (I think it was the mellow mushroom recipe)

If you're not experienced with smoking you should try different woods until you find your favorites. I really like apple wood for pork. You will begin to notice subtle differences as you do more smokes.

The butts turned out great - lots of positive reviews! Fed over 50 people yesterday at our tailgate. I have tried to inject using cider, creole butter (I really like this one), and Chris Lilly's recipe. I may not inject anymore.
