Took the bands off and straightened the left side hinge. Seems to have worked but I think the metal is weak now. Time for a new band and hinge I think. Thanks All for the help!!!
Still fighting with the alignment. Followed the video instructions and still out. I love my egg but almost ready to tip it over. Missed 2 cooks and going into a 4 day weekend and I can't cook! GRRRRR!

Good call with the low&slow-I go indirect @ around 250*F (+/-) for around 25 mins/# til the desired finish temp. I'm sure this would behave the same as a larger roast. You will get an even finish across the roast diameter-I'm gettin hungry.
