Here is the recipe I used for the General Tso's.
Sauce was great. I am a chilihead, so I put about 15 Thai chilis in and it was steaming!

Looks great! Thin crust is one of my favorite cooks!! I had to back it down to 600 to 625. It was getting out of control over 700!!! I never knew that you could cut the bottom off of a pizza and still be able to eat it (when bottom half burned!)
I agree with Fidel, AB's isn't the best, but you HAVE to go to the original off of Brooklyn! It is an experience.

I agree on the high temp burn/cook to clean in off! 700 and she will be white again!!
However, if you are going to have something you know is going to drip a lot of grease, then us HD foil as a drip pan.
Back "bowls" are still great! We hit Sun Up and China bowl Sunday. Would have love to have stuck around longer, but traffic is hell if you don't get on the road by 1:00.

Seems odd that someone would make you pay for something they don't even have yet. You know their supplier didn't charge them until delivery. Might be some cash flow issues?!?!
