We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month!   • Christopher, I live in burleson south of Fort worth. In Cleburne 10 min down the road there is a Mexican Meat Market/Grocery Store. They do special cuts and carry some pretty good lump as well
  • spincycle, I have run into the same thing. What I find is that you have to find a seasoned butcher or Meat Market. I have had to print out instructions from the internet on where and how to cut to get a flat iron.
