How do you return to the forum from individual items? I'm having to use the page back arrow each time and then toggle down the forum page each time I want to bo back. I don't see a return to forum option on th the comment page.
I just returned from a business trip in Seattle. Had Alder Wood Smoked Salmon (twice) at a fantastic restaurant (IVAR's Salmon House). Had King and Sockeye from the 1st day the Copper River Salmon Harvest started (only a 2 week season). This Salm…
My firebox cracked and eventually broke all the way through. I used it for at least 1 1/2 years in the cracked condition and then had it replaced. This is a warranty item and is fully covered by BGE. To replace I removed from the grill & took…
I'm not sure about restaurants, but I've been noticing on numerous television food shows (i.e. food network, travel network, etc) the BGE is used and shown on the show. Very nice.
Actually, there are 2 sets of double hooks (made for power tools) as well as the bungy cord. It doesn't move at all. Interesting though, a couple of years ago I broke the plate setter. My fix was to drill holes on both sides of the break, wired w…

The Naked Whiz IS a great site to review all kinds of tables and even more elaborate gazebos. I have a nest and after a TON of research, I ended up keeping the nest and building a 7' tall, 6' wide, 2' deep porch closet with 3 shelves, varied shelf …
I've seen an accessory (I'm not sure what it's calle) but it reduces the area needed to burn the lump in a larger egg. This really makes sense to me (I have an XL and many times cook for 2).
Wow! That's a Beautiful Setup. I occasionally travel to Sunnyvale from Florida; I'll be sure to come by. Maybe there will even be a demo going on when I come? XL BGE Owner for 4 years & wouldn't go any other way!
Do you have any plans or drawings for the patio building? I'm looking at building one (approx 12 x 12). I'll use deck planking & pilings vice a slab. Thanks - Yours looks really Good!
I have a weed burner and found I prefer to use the BGE fire starter squares over the weed burner. With proper ventilation, the fire starter squares can have you to desired heat levels within 10 to 15 minutes. The weed burner is so forceful that fl…
