Def. do the taters first. Cook them at 400 till they reach 210 degrees. I do not wrap in foil. They hold the heat well. I agree eith the others on the steak. When the steak is resting cook the asparagus. I like mine in butter and pesto.
Very nice. When I do my Tri-Tip I pull it at 135. Slice thin lay in a Cast Iron pan and cover with Pepper Jack Cheese and put back in the egg for about 10-12 more min. Serve it over a toasted roll. MMMMMMMM.
Goode style jalapeno cheese bread. I did it to a tee I made 2 batches. I used 1 with milk and 1 with the buttermilk. I liked 2% milk the best. Enjoy.
