It’s almost football season, so we’re perfecting our favorite tailgating and homegating recipes! Whether you like hamburgers, wings, brats, ribs or something cooked with beer, we have everything you’ll need for the perfect tailgate party. We always like inviting friends to join our tailgates because the EGG is about community and having fun, so make sure if you’re inviting company you make extra - the food will be gone before you know it!   • Yeah, grilling them at 350 made them crispy fast... I did do the grilling part in a few phases though. 60+ wings would have been hard to flip faster then the time it would take to burn. I did 20 or so at a time
  • So i went ahead and did them all... It was actually closer to 10 lbs... Smoked for 2 hours at 225 with the platesetter. I flipped them once at around 1 hour in. Then i pulled the platesetter and grilled them at 350 for 3-4 minutes per side. …
  • I always soak them myself. Otherwise they pretty much are gone in 5 minutes

  • yes, an XL... I just flipped it back and got the lid to close by moving the setter a bit... it just seems odd since its a few inches above the lip now...
