It feels as though we’ve waited forever for college football to start, and finally the wait is over! Check out our tailgating page for recipes that are sure to become fan favorites.   • I always do shoulders,I inject with a mix of rum,apple juice and a homemade pecan rub..I rub with pecan .Cook at 250 with pecan,hickory mix of smoking chipis.I cook until195 internal, it could be 11/2 hours a lb,but every shoulder cooks different go…
  • We cook deep dish quite often,platesetter,legs down at 425.We par bake the crust for 4 min Zander then stuff and cook for aprox10 min. Good Eats And Good Friends Dale
