We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling!   • drmarko: thanks, I use the triple tier on my Large BGE , I remove the middle tier and have successfully cooked 5 - 7 pounders, 3 on bottom grid around post and 2 on top, hope to find double tier without post and 4 - 7 pound brisket flats
  • is that a large BGE or XL; where did you find the second grid?
  • I am cooking 3 - 7 lb buts on the Large BGE tomorrow. My question amount of smoking time. I normally cook 1-7 lb butt at 230 for 2 hours per lb. Should I plan on alonger cook with multiple butts ?
