I'm down 15 lbs since getting my egg in January, but it's an Atkins kind of thing: I gorge on the meat cooked on the egg so I don't have room for anything else!
Wow, thanks for the responses guys. My thought on the rocks was that it would eliminate the need to poke the holes and make it a carefree operation. I think I'm going to give it a try, I'll post again and let you know how it works.
