  • Crap on Maurice’s.  Go to Big T’s before that. Doc’s has a great buffet but the Q isn’t great.  Coopers in Salters, McCabes in Manning, Sweatmans in Eutawville and Scott’s in Hemingway are outstanding.  In Columbia, not many great Q places.  But, Th…

  • Great for you.  I still remember be in our local liquor store maybe 4 years ago and Papa on the shelf and I purchased the very same bottle of $99...which was a splurge.  Marketing is key!
  • I think Bama is the better team and deserves to be in.  People forget that when they beat FSU in week 1,FSU was a much better team than where they ended.   Regardless, their only loss was a measly 12 points on the road against one of the hottest tea…
  • The benefit I gain from SV is the time cushion that allows me to prepare sides, watch the game, drink an extra beer....and my SV will not over cook.  Very flexible.  I do prefer the RS all else held equal.
  • Thermapen is great.  Sure there are cheaper alternatives out there but TP works for me.
  • It's all good.  For me this is a fad.  Don't need a rotisserie but used it on my gasser several times.  Fun while it lasted.
  • Don't like the Walt/Vic deal.....could be his father.   Finishing this season's last episode now...5 minutes left.
  • Hard wire as many devices as you can Ubiquiti gear is solid and relatively inexpensive commercial grade gear and pretty simple.   Good luck.
  • @Dave in Florida - so glad Muschamp didn't work out for you guys as he is has been lights out for us.  I really think it was a maturity thing from him so if he had not gone through the 3 or so seasons with you he wouldn't be what we have today.  You…
  • Well stated @SRF_Sean - this forum has gone a bit overboard and like any other forums, loves to complain about just about anything. You guys are a good company and I will continue to support you with orders given your quality product.
  • hang in there @Markarm4119  you guys will turn it around with this next coach.
  • Go Cocks!
  • This thread is typical and par for the course for this forum.  Sad as it stared out so much better than the other BGE we have sunk to the same level.  Too bad.
  • Not as quiet as the Honda but for under $200 it’s a steal.
  • Man...looks good.

  • Very rich and very delicious.   Boys said I should do this instead of brisket from now on.  Full size tin.
  • Shiff said: Looking forward to any photos from recent cooks.  I've added Chuck Roll to my todo list - sounds like a nice one to try. I'll try and remember a pic before we tear into it.
