Great tip, I'll be sure to add those toppings next time. The sauce I used is a BBQ sauce however it's more like a condement than a BBQ sauce....meaning it can be used on everything not just meats.

Set my digi for 225...took about 7 hrs to cook. Rubbed 1 rack with wild bills rib rub and the 2nd rack with texas rub. The consensis was a 50-50 split between wild bills and texas rub. I liked them both...... :P
