We hope everyone’s enjoying the first few days of summer. For us, the weather heating up means one thing - the EGG’s gonna be busy! Whether you’re making stuffed burgers for a backyard grill out, some brats before a baseball game or searing a steak for dinner on the patio, we hope you’re doing it with full flavor and having fun all the while!

  • Since you already have some answers, I more curios as to what you are going to cook????
  • I have three eggs now but I must admit, I had some really good food cooked on a Traeger. I was visiting my wife's relatives in Portland, OR and he and I cooked some really good chicken wings and ribs on the Traeger. I still prefer my eggs though.

  • Good luck on the butt---don't sweat it pork butts are very forgiving and almost always turn out great. As for misting, I've never done it!

  • 10 hours into the cook: grate temp pinned at 225 and dome temp 250. Pork butt is at 169. I had to take a quick peek and man they look and smell good. Our guests are in for a nice treat. I'm also going to throw some BB ribs on the grill too.
