I sometimes will do them inside on my gas stove. Using a BBQ Fork or tongs will put them right into the gas flame, put in a ziploc or paper bag for a few minutes, then scrape off the outside w/ a knife.
It's been a few years but there is or was a County Line BBQ right on the Riverwalk. It's usually not the best option for BBQ in Texas but it is still really, really good.
I's still go to the website and call around to every dealer that you could get to. I'm amazed at the WIDE range of prices they charge. I live east of Tampa and saw $200 difference between dealers Tampa and Mulberry.
I've made that several times for breakfast and usually do a little S&P or fav BBQ rub. Grill direct on 350 dome for a few mins a side. Cooks very fast. Serve for breakfast as a side meat or part of breakfast taco.
