  • calzone looks nice. I am not familiar with potatoes in one, but sounds like something interesting to try. Do you serve with a sauce? jon
  • If you go to the biggreenegg site and look for table plans you will find the following info. 26 1/4 dia hole with shelf 12 1/2 lower than top. You might want to check that out. jon
  • Can the weedburner be used to clean up an egg or is it mainly used for lighting? jon
  • You could install a heated floor mat system under the granite. Your granite would stay warm during the winter. If your eggs are going to have water,tv,satellite, they might as well have heated floors.:) jon
  • Nice table and setup. Will you have to put something between the feet and stainless shelf for heat? Will you open the doors while cooking or will the fan take care of that? How did you cut the stainless tops? Looks like a nice job on the cutouts.…
  • Will sams be carrying the lump charcoal also? That would be nice. jon
  • What happened at natureboys? fire? What is a safe distance from house for eggs? Maybe a sprinkler system should be considered if building on an existing deck. jon
  • The recipe is in NFL cookbook, page 51. That looks like something i need to try soon. jon
  • Adding casters will raise the height of the grill and table or you will have to cut off the legs. I would use the biggest size you can find for easiest movement. I used 5 inch, pivoting casters available at lowes or homedepot. You will have to co…
  • Is this recipe available? I would love to give this a try thanks, jon
  • I would soak in water for 1 hour before grilling indirect. lightly rub with butter and salt and pepper jon
  • Maybe this will help, jon http://www.biggreenegg.com/documents/tableplansSmall.pdf

  • Moms recipe Use a little sugar, olive oil, red wine vinegar and fresh basil and/or oregano over fresh cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, summer vegs. Not really any measurements as it depends on no of vegs. Toss vegs and chill for 20 mins in frig. The lo…
  • You should only have to adjust the slide control one time for/according to the size of egg you have. The settings are in paper work with guru. Not really a big deal. jon
