  • I must be the only one out there that thinks it's more work with than without. I did Butts for 9 weeks straight and never hooked up the Stoker. Never had a problem. Then again.....maybe I am just lucky? Rick in Mt.
  • My last ten butts...the last 10 weeks, I cooked without the Stoker. They all turned out great. But, I did take time to empty the lump and clean it well and I didn't do a cook before the Butts. I feel a clean egg is the key. Just my 2 cents worth.…

  • Dome temp at 200 will take longer to cook than 250. That could be your problem. I have cooked butts on a small...atho you have to be very carefull about how you put the lump in. Rick in Mt.
  • I have to agree with Adam. Pork T-Loins and Spatchcock Chicken. It would be hard to pick between the two. Just be sure and use some Dizzy Pig on them ..... Rick in Mt.
