Saturday group ride averages 60 miles plus...past Monday was 20, tonight was 30. It's Houston we're flat and heat/humidty. Too old to care to compete (50++++), but ride with a few that do. When I get dropped so be it, just hanging in and enjoying it.

Good looking meal...last time I tried making more of a true Shepherds Pie the mashed potaotes absorbed a lot of the gravey and more than doubled in size. Looks like a keeper.
What an excellent use of chuck. So roughly 250* for about 8 hours total? Very nice....that's looking like a nice company dish so the cooks over when they arrive.
Looks we have a horse race.....but I'll stick with the three lemons and some zest. Not overpowering at all. 1/2 & 1/2 with parmesan to taste. I like it slightly creamy. This is still a great dish.
