  • KB sometimes you have to push the BGE down and make sure it is all the way down. Some that I have assembled needed a little push. just make sure it is all the touching the nest before opening the lid. Larry

  • it is not covered if you drop it or it falls over when you are moving it. if the dome falls off after you bought it and the dealer assembled, I would talk with the dealer. If you assembled BGE and the dome fell off, no it is not covered. Larry
