about one pound salmon (skin it)
one forth pound med. shrimp peeled and deveined
put both in food processor until coarsely ground
2 T. minced tarragon
2 T. Dijon mustard
s & p to taste
Wow! What a fun day your boys will not forget Clean grill, spray with Pam or something similar. Put a rub on fish spray with Pam, flesh side down. Do not touch for about 6 minutes (depends how thick your fillets are)

For timing, 11:45pm was when I went to sleep and 6:45am was when I awoke. Checked egg at both times.
