Hi, Terri Lynn Howard passed this along to me
about one pound salmon (skin it)
one forth pound med. shrimp peeled and deveined
put both in food processor until coarsely ground
2 T. minced tarragon
2 T. Dijon mustard
s & p to taste
Wow! What a fun day your boys will not forget Clean grill, spray with Pam or something similar. Put a rub on fish spray with Pam, flesh side down. Do not touch for about 6 minutes (depends how thick your fillets are)
I know that is not the way ya spell it but best I can do. I was just thinking abut my Lawn Ranger lifter & thinking it was one of the best egg things I have. THANKS MIKE!!
