I really didn't need to see those legs! But that does remind me to put out some chicken to thaw. Tell Kim we are all waiting for bikini weather(no Randy, don't show us a pic of you in your bikini)! :laugh:
Two things I see right out of the gate.
First, cook your pork butt at about 265F, pull at 193F. You will dry the meat out cooking at that low of a temp. It takes forever for the meat to get to temp you can pull at, and that means lost moisture.
