  • @Legume no real way to use xl woo and xl rig without the xl grid.  you can use the 16x20 oval grid on the lower notches of the rig and grill on it, not using the xl grid to cook.

  • if you have the xl rig two grid setup, you can spatchcock the turkey and put it up top.  it should fit ok.   ribs below on two racks - sliding grid in middle of the rig and xl grid on the woo or platesetter.  could probably fit some sausage links …

  • the xl egg is the best two zone ceramic grill on the market.   the large lump grate, almost 18" dia. provides a greater area for lump at a consistent depth.  So, when you sear a steak or burger, it's the same temps across the grid.  No fading grill…
